Description Established in 2008, Harpsden Wealth Management is a privately-owned, multi award-winning company dedicated to helping private clients and trustees to build, manage and protect their wealth throughout the generations. We believe that the disciplines of financial planning and portfolio management are both interlinked and equally important to helping our clients meet their long-term goals. Our aim is to provide our clients with an industry-leading proposition, combining the personalised and proactive service of a traditional investment boutique with institutional fund management capability and progressive financial planning. We seek to build long-term, mutually beneficial working relationships with our clients and are committed to delivering an outstanding service that is both competitive and transparent. Approach As part of our Discretionary Fund Management service we offer a Multi Asset Ethical Fund of Funds model. Within the model we hold a range of funds that offer the full spectrum of dark green to light green ethical services. Some of the more dark green funds exclude traditional ‘sin stocks’, whereas the funds that are more light green strive to invest in companies that are having a positive impact on the world, or those that are positioned to solve problems in the world such as poverty, water shortages and climate change. An example of this would be the alignment of a number of the funds held in our Ethical model with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. We are committed to sustainable methods of finance and we aspire to include sustainable/ethical funds in our core models. We believe that this is a long term, natural progression for investors and appreciate the financial benefits of incorporating ESG into the investment process. As a result, we are monitoring the emergence of new funds in areas such as ESG, Green Bonds and Impact Investing.
