Railpen is the investment monitoring subsidiary of the Railways Pension Trustee Company which acts as corporate trustee of various railway industry pension funds.

The Trustee is a major institutional investor with externalised fund management arrangements and is committed to ensuring good corporate governance in respect of its holdings.
